Timecard entries for user other than myself

New Timecard entries default to the user's settings, rightly so. As an administrator, I frequently create Timecard entries for other users. It would sure be a timesaver if: 1) the dropdown for Billing User listed all my options instead of me having to start typing the user's name, and 2) once the Billing User is selected, other options (location and billing rate) would automatically populate with the proper information for the selected user.
