New Feature Requests

Attorney & Paralegal on file receive notification when Trust funds have been paid/received from client. When we ask for a retainer, the ball is in the client's court. Once they pay, the ball is in our court; however, we have no idea that the ball is in our court. Currently, a client notifies us. But, most of the times, we are unaware until a client reaches out to us after a month that they have paid asking why we haven't worked in the matter. Have a notification sent to Attorney/Paralegal that trust funds have been received. OR in Attorney Productivity Dashboard, have a column for Matter Status (Open, Consultation, Hold, Closed).

It would be nice to see more than just the last 5 recent payments on the dashboard. It would be cool if you could click on it and see all recent payments on a different page

Recent time on Matter Details page should be sorted newest to oldest it is sorted correctly on the Time Page

Ability to see the total uninvoiced time and total uninvoiced amount for each matter in the matter balances section. It would be helpful when working on a matter with a minimum trust balance or with a max flat fee billing amount.

Add filters to recent matters similar to "All Matters" A user should be able to filter "Recent Matters" the same way "All Matters" and "My Matters" can be filtered (Creation Date From, Creation Date To, Status, Primary Attorney, Secondary Attorney, Paralegal, People, Consultation Status, Matter Category, Matter Sub-Category, Tags Required, Tags Excluded, Batch Invoicing Disabled, Only Batch Invoice Expenses). Add the ability to download the matters Add a "New Matter" button Add the "People" column between "Description" and "Attorney"

The pinning feature isn't obvious, but I find the nav part more navigable when it is pinned open. So have the up unpin open be the secondary option. We could also make it looks similar to how it functions and looks on mobile.

Recently we disabled the ability to run multiple timers, proposal is to add a feature flag at the org level that allows an org to choose if they want to allow multiple timers. Bonus feature if multiple timers are allowed then users should receive an alert / warning if they try to start a new timer when one is already running.

Just a potential Clever Case update could be time monitoring notifications for MetLife tagged matters where you can go in and set a time based notification(i.e. set 6 hours timer and notification pops up when you hit 6 hours or more on the matter so we know when we create a time card a notification will pop up to let us better know when to request additional time from Met Life)

Per Derek, would also be nice to have the following So not like a huge batch import, but if I've got 10 entries to put on one client, being able to do so in one dialogue box instead of 10 could be nice.
