Notes Organization Tabs

Different tabs to organize the notes section on matters. Each note when creating would have different tags that would filter into the different tabs. This way operations teams or legal teams can organize notes by team (for example a Comms tab, finance tab, legal teams tab, etc.). A search feature to look through all the notes would also be helpful.

Emaline Modahl this went out in the release last night, when creating or editing a note you can select a tag, and you will then see the tags as tabs above the notes, default tags are "Finance", "Comms", & "Legal", more can be added by an admin if needed
