Clever Case v3.42 — Release notes
The following changes are included:
  • MetLife tagged Matters defaults
- Uncheck Standard Practice Fee
- Set Billing Preference – Not Sent to Client
- Set Has Trust to Yes
- Admin/Finance flag to disable applying trust to invoices
- This disables the ability for Attorneys and Paralegals to apply trust to an invoice if the flag is set
  • Events: owner, creator, and watcher can edit and delete
  • Support for international phone numbers: up to 12 numbers
  • Time Cards:
- Time now shows for invoiced timecards
- Time graphs:
- Weekly totals can match monthly totals again when they cover the same period—fixes cases where week and month views showed different hours for the same work.
- Consistency: Day, week, and month productivity charts now use the same date-boundary behavior front to back, so totals don't drift because of mixed date formats.
- Bad inputs: If a productivity report date range is invalid, you get a clear error instead of misleading numbers.
- Time tracking: When you create a new timecard from the widget, you can choose

(save without starting the timer) or
Save & Start
(save and begin tracking immediately so it shows as your current time card)
- Time tracking:
Unpin All
in the header timecard menu now clears every pinned timecard in one step (including when many are pinned), instead of only the first page loaded in the browser
- Time entries: Time entry tables give more room to the Description/Notes column, with better truncation and tooltips so you can scan many entries without hovering each row for the full text.
  • Date fields: Clearing a date (for example date of death on a profile) and saving right away now clears the stored value instead of bringing back the previous date—fixes a timing issue that affected date pickers app-wide.
  • Pending Trust Transfers: added missing Matters column
  • Print and Email Invoices: add the number of invoices to be sent
  • Security:
- Updated the Graphiti API dependency to address CVE-2026-33286
## Infrastructure upgrades
  • Partner API — we now have an API available for new partners
- Resource endpoints for creating / updating / listing / viewing People (contacts), Matters, and Timecards

- Secure access controls via industry standard OAuth or token authentication.
